Single Space $25.00 if you provide your own table. $30.00 if we provide the table.
Double Space $40.00 if you provide your own table. $50.00 if we provide 2 tables.
Tables will be assigned.
All items and displays at the Connections Community Church Holiday Bazaar
must remain family-friendly. This means no foul language, nudity, lewdness, or
content (in wording or pictures) that could be considered questionable or
divisive. Inappropriate dress will also not be permitted. The planning committee
members (present on the day of the event) will have the final authority to
determine the appropriateness of any item or conduct, and by participating you
agree to abide by their decisions. Thank you for your cooperation.
By submitting this form, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Holiday Bazaar organizers. I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance and that payment will be due within a week of confirmation of acceptance. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE. We will accept VENMO (Trishalana-Morrison), PAY PAL (www.shatteredheartsrestored.com), CASH OR CHECK CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE CHURCH. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS OUT TO SHATTERED HEARTS RESTORED.
