COST PER SPACE:
Single Space is $35.00, and a Double Space is $70.00 if you bring your own table(s). Tables are available at $10.00 each. However, there are a limited number of tables, and will be given on a first come, first serve basis. Tables will be assigned.

All items and displays at the Connections Holiday Bazaar must remain family friendly. This means no foul language, nudity, lewdness, or content (in wording or pictures) that could be considered questionable or divisive. Inappropriate dress will also not be permitted. The planning committee members (present on the day of the event) will have the final authority to determine the appropriateness of any item or conduct, and by participating you agree to abide by their decisions.

By submitting this form, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Holiday Bazaar organizers. I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance and that payment will be due within a week of confirmation of acceptance.

We will accept VENMO (Shattered Hearts Restored), or PAYPAL(www.shatteredheartsrestored.com), CASH OR CHECK CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE CHURCH. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAY OUT TO SHATTERED HEARTS RESTORED.
